Welcome to the Shipping, Exchange and Refund Policy of EF-RYTHNG (“we”, “us” and “our”).
1. Shipping Terms
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being sent to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. EF-RYTHNG will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels by the courier company.
Orders can take up to 2-4 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipment within USA normally. International orders may generally take 10-14 business days for transit time.
If you are buying products during promotional periods, it may take a little longer for our products to be delivered to you. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
COVID-19 Shipping Updates
Due to the Covid-19 some orders purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local/international regulations regarding the Coronavirus. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
EF-RYTHNG uses the following carrier to ship orders:
• USPS - United States Postal Service
• Any Third Party engaged by EF-RYTHNG for the fulfilment of services
Where We Ship
We deliver within the United States and also take international orders. If we are unable to deliver to your country, we will inform you and cancel your order.
All Customers are required to pay the delivery/shipping fee for any orders they place.
2. Taxes / Customs / VAT
International deliveries outside the United States may be subject to applicable taxes, VAT’s and duties which are to be paid by the Customer. International orders may also get delayed if kept with custom authorities of your country.
You are required to check with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence.
3. Exchanges & Refunds
You can request for an exchangeafter contacting EF-RYTHNG at email@example.com within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.Products must be sentfor an exchange in a clean and new condition, with all pricing, packaging and brand labels secure.
Please note that the Customer is responsible to pay the Shipping/Delivery fee when sending the product for an exchange.We recommend that all packages for exchange be sent using a traceable carrier. EF-RYTHNG will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were sent without a tracking number.
We reserve the right to accept or reject an exchange request at sole discretion. We do not accept requests in the following circumstances:
• Exchange request is made after 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
• Product is used and damaged by the Customer.
• Incomplete product or partial order.
• Fraudulent Exchange request.
4. All Sales are Final
As per our policy, we do not offer any refunds. All sales are considered final and we only offer exchange requests.
